When we first arrived we were blown away by the amount of people. There were people everywhere!! They had two very large tents set up with different types of foods. All these foods incorporated garlic somehow. They had a number of vendors selling garlic products, crafts and jewelery. They had a main entertainment stage with performers keeping the crowd on their feet all afternoon.
They had some very unique food with garlic incorporated into it. Katherine and I decided it would be fun to try the most unique items they offered with garlic. The first item we decided to try was the garlic chocolate icecream. Surprisingly, it was quite good.
Then we tried garlic chocolate cookies and garlic fudge. Both were very good and the garlic wasn't overwhelming.
I was very impressed with this event. The festival itself is one day and only takes place for a couple hours. If you plan on attending, it's good to get there right away so you don't miss out on any of the action.
